Simple - Applied and met with recruiter and interviewer. Simple questions, scripted and gave me a tour to see if I could see myself being a good fit. Clean facility, quiet and pleasant staff.

Tell me about a time you made a mistake and what you learned from it?
Easy, Straight forward, looking for workers, down to earth. Admin was friendly and again looking for good workers. Once you show your work ethics everything was easy.I enjoyed talking to admin and it didn't feel like they were multi-managing you.
Online application, called immediately for an interview. They seemed more interested in me being a warm body than my knowledge and training experience. They were quick to offer the position the same day.
