ElevateBio interview questions

Spoke with process engineering. The person talked themselves and the company highly which sounded okay at first but then went somewhere unexpected. They made vague odd and off color comments (they seemed shockingly unaware of) and appeared extremely insensitive to any potential job accommodations or diverse minds... (nothing harmful to the bottom line or out of the ordinary). It was a jarring insight from such a company. It was made clear that this was a my way or the highway and that is by any means necessary (good or bad). The only response to jump is, how high. The attitude was cold, close minded, and tone deaf.
