smooth, asked a lot of basic stats questions, almost no behavioral questions. testing knowledge of stats. 2 interviewers for 30 min. ask about your current projects or from your resume
I applied online. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company
Interview
They didn't ask a single behavioral question except "tell me about yourself" and "what do you want to get out of this internship". Mostly asked about previous projects and the types of analysis I used (know your past projects well!). They also asked a lot about missing data/MI, survival analysis, and regression assumptions. Interviewers didn't seem like they wanted to make small talk.
