I was called by a recruiter. I spoke with the for them for about twenty minutes, and they said I should meet with the hiring manager. I did so, and began working that same day.

Interview with Reginal Manager at the office in Tempe, AZ. You must apply in person by filling out an application, meet with a regional manager and pass a background check. The interview was easy. They seem to have no set questions that they ask but are looking for people who can provide new business leads to pursure and they also seem to just need people at the desks and on the phone.
