I applied online, I spoke with HR over the phone and then was invited in for an in person interview. This was with HR and I believe the manager. After talking I was asked to do two written tasks. They were extremely complimentary, even went as far as asking me if I was serious about the job during the interview, because they liked me and didn't want to waste their time. They offered me a job the next day. I asked for more money during negotiation but they then just stopped contacting me. Whats funny is I would have taken the offer that was given. Makes you wonder if they actually wanted to hire me, or if I was another westerner that would have looked good. Either way, I found it incredibly rude that they never got back to me.

Did an interview in October 2023. First of all, you have to fill in an application form with your details. Afterwards, the HR hands you 2 sheets of paper. One of them is a 5 paragraph essay for you to make corrections, and the other is an opinion paragraph to write. You have about 20-30 mins to finish both tasks. They are fairly easy tasks. You first meet the HR, then the owner/manager comes in. Maybe I am delusional but I felt they were really happy about my teaching background and showed great enthusiasm in me. The manager told me so much about the company's background and the career path one can take. We finished off the 1 hr or 90 min session with the owner asking me my expected salary. Since then, I never heard back from them. I think they don't want to pay the market rate and are looking for talents that they can pay less.
