Employer follow the hiring process procedure. Advertising the work, selest the top 5 cv of suitable candidates. Make an appointment. Iv process normally takes about 30 to 1hours depends on the session. Standard behavioral questions x 3~5 questions. Experiences 3 ~5 questions. Scenario - based question 1~3 questions. Result of iv will be notify within 2 weeks for those success and appoint.
