The details don't matter the fact remains that although some of his concepts are original they're not results-oriented they just look good on paper and in presentation in theory, but our fact counterproductive for proper CSI score, and with the lack of that you know everything else is just going to fall to the floor. So when that came to light I enlightened him of my disapproval in that micro managed close minded inefficient non productive process that he has and that I could only come to mine how many more of these he has stirred up and thrown through the facility I care not to deal with.
So if you want a job there's is a place to go, but if you want a healthy career it has provides the tools, as well as the ability to have a successful career go somewhere else.
