Interview
Semi formal. The first was a relaxed chat to see if I would be a good fit with one of the co-founders, and the second interview with the second co-founder was more formal with set questions. The company has grown since then and there is now a HR Manager screening applicants first over the phone before a 1:1 or skype interview.
