Interview
Joke of a company. Their positions stay open forever, not because they are selective as they say but probably because they don't even have the budget for hiring people. Not sure what they are trying to achieve with their super long and nonsensical hiring strategy, probably they think it's good publicity for the company. Unfortunately if you look at the reviews of their products online you'll realize that they are far from perfect (most customers complain they don't work at all).
I spent quite some time on the assignment and did an interview after that which was quite basic with some random questions on some random technology. Not sure what was supposed to evaluate in retrospective
The interview was extremely uncomfortable: I was asked a series of questions, and while I was speaking the interviewer was completely silent, giving no sign of listening. Ironic, considering the name of the company. It would have been more comfortable to do an interview with a computer.

Interview
It was composed of 3 interviews in remote: HR, technical lead and dev team.
I was rejected via an automatic email and when I asked for a feedback I didn't receive any answer.
