Easy process. I interviewed with the manager. He asked me a question about how I would handle a difficult patient, and also asked about my availability. I got into contact with HR first and then they also gave me a tour of the facility.

Interview process was simple and the recruiter did a great job and keeping us updated on the next steps. There was a phone interview, video interview, and then an in person interview. Empower really did their best to get to know us and made certain that we were the right fit for the company.

In person interview with two hiring managers. Both managers asked about job experience and tried to see how likely you are to stay with the company long term as well as their requirement for employees to become certified pharmacy technicians by taking the ptcb exam.
