It was more relaxed than the average EMS interview process, which is usually pretty relaxed anyway. They were in need of medics. I was also referred to them by a medic working there.
I did a short interview with one of the operations bosses. And then I saw through 2 weeks of orientation. It was pretty painless as orientations go.

How did you hear about us and what made you want to leave your company and join us?
mostly online, impersonal, chaotic. the people are nice, but its a rough job. HR swiched 2xs sice hire and 2 mergers as well. Growing in a company is painful sometimes
Fairly easy process met with one of the directors then a 2 week intense general orientation then about a week of job specific orientation and then some time working under a seasoned medic
