Initial call received from HR rep. Five references had to submit their reference before an interview was given. An interview with peer SLP and HR rep was given. A call back came from HR rep with the offer.

Describe a challenging situation in your last job and how you handled it.
Modified interview due to COVID-19 restrictions. They didn’t ask case study question however they did ask situational question, like any typical job. After the interview it took about a week for them to get back to me.
