Interview
I applied for a Java developer vacancy at Endava Romania. I had an interview with HR. They told me that the customer was quite slow and asked if I was ready to wait for a long time for my candidacy and if this vacancy was a priority for me. I replied that I was ready to wait for any answer and the vacancy was a priority for me, in case of another job offer from companies I would inform immediately and would be ready to postpone accepting such job offers. Unfortunately, more than 3 months have passed and no one has contacted me. I was very disappointed, because I spent about an hour of my time on the interview, prepared and learned a lot of information about the company, agreed to the terms of the long wait and put Endava as a priority as I was asked. I hoped that in return it would not be difficult to give at least an automatic refusal, but this was disrespect for the candidate.

Interview
I had 3 interviews
1. HR interview
2. Technical Interview
3. Final Technical Interview with the discipline leads
The HR lady always was 15-20 minutes late for all interviews which is totally unprofessional
The final interview was with silly simple questions.

2. Technical Interview:
simple straight forward interview questions about Java8, Spring, Hibernate, clumsy question about design patterns which the interviewer himself did not understand.
3. Final Technical Interview with the discipline leads
Some simple SQL query questions.
The discipline lead tried to wrap the discussion around hibernate and spring mvc questions which were totally lame.
They just quickly asked simple questions and did not even let you finish the answer.
Very disrespectful.
If you are a Java Developer, I totally do not recommend this company
