This included a presentation of the assignment given, which was to plan a potential event in their space, including hour-by-hour timeline; using their floorplan to explain where to put each furniture, number of chairs, etc.; quick budget; event logistics; speaker curation; attendance management; follow-up; data collection; etc. Basically running through everything done specific to their needs, exisitng contacts, and building.
