I applied in-person. I interviewed at English Bridge School (Taipei) in Mar 2016
Interview
You'll fill out a form, you might get asked some questions, but for the most part it's going to be the employer telling you about the school and how it works and then if you're a potential candidate you'll get invited to a 5-day training, after which they'll let you know if you get the job. Training is quite good and I think it's beneficial for you even if you don't get hired.

Interview
The academic directors were friendly and nice, so I didn't feel too nervous and could share my past experience with them. They also told me about the school's structure and their "No Chinese" teaching methods. Overall, it was very pleasant.
After the interview, they might invite you to a five-day training. After the training, they will decide who to hire in the end.
