How do you start a conversation with a student when teaching?

Interview
Initial Interview is conducted by the HR. More or less 5min on phone. If you qualified, another schedule will be given for a final interview through Zoom. This is done by the Operations Manager, along with HR, and in some or most cases, including the company President.
As far as I remember, there are no situational questions.
