I was scheduled for a 15 minute phone pre-screening. It started with the interviewer being more than 10 minutes late to the call. Then I was asked a few position related questions, but there was no engagement at all on the other side. There was absolute silence after each answer I gave. For a moment, I honestly wondered if it was an AI bot. The entire call lasted about 3 minutes and ended abruptly with no real conversation. I never heard back from them, and to be honest, I would not want to after such an initial experience with the company.
