Straight forward and basic questions asked. First speak with HR and then depends on how it goes will possibly interview with director. Only interviewed with one person via teams which was easy to navigate.

Very laid back. Asked get to know you question, if you are tech savvy. Asked a lot of “tell me of a time when” questions to better understand how you would respond to certain scenarios like collaboration, conflict resolution and constructive criticism
