1. Received a form to answer questions testing my 'exceptional' talent investing by asking questions like who I know who I would deem to be exceptional and why. 2. Had an introductory call with a current Associate walking through my answers and asking some follow-up questions about my strategy to find exceptional talent at universities. 3. Received a case study that used their own talent investing framework to apply to my own connections and network. Selected a few people to speak about. 4. Had a third interview with a partner and the same associate where I shared my insights and they asked follow-up questions about how I can find more exceptional people like that out in the world.

It could have been much better. It was very short and I didn’t really get a chance to express myself. I’m sure if I had the time to speak more, I could have definitely made a better impression
