Ask about the three questions sent before the interview, but have the wording of the question changed slightly. Preparing beyond the scope of the question is recommended in case they further expand the question.
Online interview, Microsoft Teams required. Answering 3 Competency Based questions and starting with an icebreaker. The competencies were emailed over a few days before so you have a broad idea what the questions will be about. Use STAR method. 3-4 interviewers. Took around 1 hour.

Quite simple! CV and a Cover Letter Then they asked you 3 competency questions and written answers. Then finally it was an online interview which lasted an hour and was very relaxed and friendly interviewers.
