Initial HR screening and meeting with a panel of 3 including the hiring manager. Second interview is the HR head and a senior manager. The final interview is with the CEO.

Interview
It was in stages. First with the HR. They focus on competence and basic knowledge of compliance and the Law. The second is with the CEO. They mostly focus on soft skills and your ethical values.
