- First is a Coding Assessment (build a projects)
- Next is an Interview with the team (questions about your field and experience)
- The the final stage is an Interview with management (background, goals, ambition)
Perfectly tailored to help you pass through without failing or fearing the people in there and then move on to be the best of what u can be. Surreal to an extent, but definitely elucidated to suite a newbie in tech
Quite straight forward. Submitted CV, got an invite for virtual interview. The interview was technical. Pass that stage. The next step was a take home project. Had a deadline. Submitted the project and got a review. Passed that stage. The next stage was a physical interview with senior executives. Got an offer.
