1st and 2nd were good. Assessment was fine even tho I'm rusty and haven't worked in React in almost 3 years. 3rd interview not great cuz HYPER focused on unit testing. I believe E2E testing has real value, but I don't think unit tests are that important (even Theo Browne agrees). I've worked in huge corporates and never had to write a single unit test, so it's not something I'm familiar with (and I said this from the first interview...).
