It all started when I found the company online, and decided to call to see if they were hiring, and at first they weren't but they told me to drop off an application if interested. So I decided to walk in and drop off a resume, and the assistant there handed me the owners contact information, so I emailed the owner with a cover letter of why I would like to work there and apparently she was impressed, so a few days later, I received a response to come in and receive an interview in a week and I accepted. The Interview process was very simple. She asked general questions about my work and personal experience in customer service and another question of why I would like to work for Equinox. Very brief and relaxed interview, not stressful at all. It was like talking to a friend.
About a week or so later, she called to see if I'd like the job and I accepted!
