Had an interview with two people. They explained the role, went over my background. Said they would get back to me. Then completely ghosted. I reached out after 2.5 weeks to check in and no reply. That’s pretty unprofessional and disrespectful. I wouldn’t bother interviewing with a company who has zero respect for their candidates time.
