Erewhon Assistant Manager/Cashier interview questions

I applied on the Erewhon website for the cashier/ assistant manager role. I received a text the next day asking me questions about my experience and why I’m interested in the opportunity. The person texting me asked if I could come in the next day for an interview. I asked to push it back to the following day as I already had a pre-existing commitment. They agreed to Friday at 2:00pm. I received multiple text reminders about the in-person interview. Once I arrived I let the person at the front door know I was there for the interview, they radioed a manager to come to the front for the interview and let them know I was there. I heard the manager respond. The greeter asked me to grab a table outside and the manager would come out shortly and interview me. I’m not sure why they thought an outdoor interview was appropriate as it was 92 degrees that day. As I sat for about ten mins I got another text asking if was there and ready, mind you I arrived ten mins prior to the interview time. I responded letting them know where I was sitting outside. They thanked me for my response. I waited over 30 minutes in the heat and no one came out to interview me so I left.
