The interview was conducted in Spanish which makes sense given the population you work with. My interview was pretty lengthy and lasted approximately 1 hour. The first 30 mins consisted of the interviewers explaining Esperanza's mission and the responsibilities of the position. Be prepared to answer a 'mock call' and answer specific situational questions for the last part of the interview.
My one issue was the lack of communication. While scheduling the interview, I was never notified the interview would last 1 hour or that it was going to be conducted entirely in Spanish. At the end of the interview, I was told I would receive a response within the next two weeks, but I had to ask for a follow up after waiting for a month.
