Initial phone interview with the hiring manager, then scheduled an in-person interview at a local hotel. The in-person interview was with a sales rep, and the manager. The questions were pretty basic, and after verifying some of my previous experience, they went on to some problem solving and customer service issues. I thought I did really well, and was excited at the thought of a position with in the company.

Applied through my college's career services. Got a response that I was accepted for an interview a couple days later. Interview was very standard and easy. He talked about what the role entailed, asked about how my experiences applied to the job.
