It was a virtual process through pre-recorded video. I answered a few general questions. I was then ask questions more specific to makeup/skincare knowledge and the company that I was interviewing for under Estee Lauder. They were all timed responses and I heard back a week later with the results. I didn't need to speak with HR or hiring manager until I got the position, and then onboarding was very smooth and fast as well.
