The last interview, with a commercial executive, was a strange one. The exec clearly has no business interviewing and was noticeably resentful of having to speak to me. A week after the final interview, I contacted the recruiter directly for an update. The recruiter told me I was still a finalist, and they should have a decision the next day. Radio silence since then. After four interviews and a two hour case, I'm ghosted for my time and effort. I assume I didn't get it.
