Friendly people asking good questions; wasn't overly repetitive in what was being asked. Felt personal and not intense, so I felt relatively calm.
Biggest problem with it was the rejection email. It was sent from a no-reply email and felt deeply impersonal after getting into the late-stage interviewing process: 3 interviews and a 3-day case study. Interviewing feels so dehumanizing nowadays, and it is offputting and disheartening. Applicants' time is just as valuable as the interviewers'. It doesn't take that long to write out a personal email.
