We are sorry you were unsuccessful on this occasion. We do ask candidates to repeat the assessment that they have already done from home. There are a number of reasons for this. One of the main reasons is so we can be sure that it was actually the candidate who did the assessment. We often get wildly varying results between the assessment completed at home and the same assessment completed on site. All candidates are told that the assessment can take most of the day to complete, especially when we have to maintain social distancing. Hand sanitiser is literally everywhere on site but you should have a mask with you.
