We categorically disagree that workers are mentally abused and in fact, we enjoy a great relationship with our employees and have a very happy environment in which our current employees are thriving.
With regards to there being no HR, this is typical of many businesses and very commonplace to not have an appointed or dedicated HR Team.
Sorry that you feel that we do not pay enough but if our salaries are not enough for any individual then naturally they are free not to accept the job but we can confirm that we pay above market rate salaries and as expected salaries would depend on the nature of the role and level of responsibility. It is in our interests to offer competitive salaries to ensure we attract good employees who want to progress within the company and we have a desire to reward good employees. After all, it is our employees who make it all possible, and without whom we wouldn't be here.
With regards to the advice, thank you but we have grown exponentially and have been operating for over 22 years. This would not have been possible if our approach was anything less than professional and on losing staff we are lucky enough to have employees who have been with us since we started but naturally as with any business if someone is not performing or working to standard or is not bringing value to the company then inevitably it will not work out for them.
Without knowing who you are we cannot comment specifically but we fully accept that sometimes it just doesn't work out - sometimes for the employee and sometimes for the employer but in any event we wish you the best in your future endeavours.
