I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Eurofins (Camberley, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
Group exercises with nine people, very long. First icebreaker introduction and get to know each other, telling an intersting fact about myself, hobby, etc. We could visit the laboratory and the workplace on a lab tour. Ship acident exercise - solve problem together, talk about which people to save in the acident. Production line exercise - making paper frogs in a production line very fast. Last interview alone.
Easy process. I got interviewed by 2 different managers and they wanted to know if I could follow directions, willing to work overtime if needed, and open to learning. I got a tour afterwards.
Polite interview. Two lab supervisors and one human resource staff member. Lasts forty five minutes and they were very friendly. They were helpful. I got the job but declined due to some personal reasons.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eurofins (Brussels) in Apr 2025
Interview
Very nice and welcoming people. The first interview was with HR and focused on cultural fit, values, and motivation. The second was with the manager, covering technical skills, particularly analytical chemistry, teamwork, and problem-solving. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience that gave me a good impression of the company culture and expectations.
