Friendly and informal conversation with the recruiter. Then the other half of the process was a 1 in 1 interview with Supervisor. Talk by CV and experienced. I could find out about company processes and tools. 2 hours spent very intensely but in a good atmosphere. positive response after 3 days

interviewed with the on hand CPA and tax manager, as well as the controller for the job. the interview takes at most 2 hours, but not less than 1. the controller has the actual hiring power that you have to impress.
