The first Screening interview was chilled and fast, took around 1 week to get back. Followed up with the 2nd interview, which took around 45 min, and asked lots of technical questions and skill-related.

How did you use the HPLC? What do you do in your free time?
Still waiting on offer 1 week after the interview, can be slow to respond to emails. Emphasis on technical knowledge, especially on 2nd interview. Emphasis on practical experience related to ELISA assays and ALCOA principles.
