European Dynamics Developer interview questions

Well they told me its 30 min, but it was 3 hours, the developers were kind people and nice, i would go out with them gladly to meet them. The manager was kind but in a fake way and like a robot with no emotions. They spoke about long hours full of stress etc. They didnt talk about details if its remote for sure and how it will be like ifthey give laptop etc.. nothing just some tech and beh questions and bye bye. Come on guys i rejected you cause thats mega red flags!
