The application was as usual, CV and Cover Letter via email. I was invited for an interview. The interview took almost an hour followed by a one hour written test. I have not heard back from them after it.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at European Youth Forum (Brussels)

Applied online, received an answer one or two weeks later. With a one week notice, I was called for a One-to-One interview with Secretary General. All expenses paid. The interview was followed by one hour test on writing a press release.
