Not much of an interview, just dress in business casual and have a smile on your face and a good attitude and you should be in good shape. My position was at the bottom of the totem pole, so for a role, higher up the interview process is likely more difficult.

Meet with two people, learn about their culture, ask typical interview questions. Tour of the facility to learn their operations. Interview lasts as long as you make it can be short or if there is a lot of conversation can run about 30 minutes.
