Evogene Research and Development Engineer interview questions

I was interviewed by a manager and someone from HR. I had to answer some professional questions. I felt that I answered them well. I was asked about work life balance and if this is important to me. I said that I think that work life balance is indeed important. I felt that the manager did not like the answer to this question.
