Interview
I will start by saying I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company. I was contacted by a recruiter and had a phone screening, followed by and interview with the recruiter, which lead to an interview with the company. I had the interview and felt everything went well. Before I arrived home from the interview I was receiving calls from the recruiter and the company itself informing me that I had the job. I though great and excepted. A few days later the recruiter called me stating that they wanted me to have additional certifications and wanted to know if I could have it within two weeks. Keep in mind they wouldn’t have known that I was going for these certifications if I had not mentioned it and also they had already offered the job. How unprofessional to back out that way. It is a shame that most companies do not realize that you are interviewing them as a company as well as they are interviewing you as an employee. In my opinion Evolve IP FAILED miserably and I am not the only one that this happened to. Apparently they have a history of this type of behavior. I would never want to work for this company. BEWARE.
