First there was a phone interview followed by 3-hour in-person interview. It took a while to hear back from them after the phone screen & when I came for the in-person interview I found out I was interviewing for three different jobs. I had spoken with my recruiter to tell them I preferred the open overnight cook position & asked to interview for that position while I was in for the AM Cook interview. I interviewed for every cook position open except the overnight shift. The interviewers were all SUPER nice. Everyone I interacted with was friendly. The interviews themselves were great. It was very informative. I enjoyed learning more about Exact Sciences & culinary operations.
It took a few weeks to get an email back saying that I hadn't been selected for a position. Overall, I did enjoy the interview process, but it was a little frustrating to have a three-hour interview without knowing that I was going to be evaluated for multiple positions (two of which I had no interest in). It wasn't very respectful of my time. Overall, the process was good, but it didn't feel like my time was valued. It's difficult for me to carve out that much time during the day, and half of it being spent interviewing for positions I had no interest in was not ideal.
