Interview
Interview process was conducted as a group interview. I was interviewed along with 4 other individuals. The manager would ask a question and leave it up to whoever answers first to answer and then allowed the remaining individuals to provide their input.

Question 1
Mostly scenario or behavioral questions. For example, "Tell me about a time you had an unhappy customer and how did you manage the situation?"
I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
