Hiring process was quick and easy. Interview consisted of typical cookie cutter questions. Immediate feedback given within a few days.
Turnover rate is high, but I really liked the company and stayed a few years and through college.
They do group interviews around holiday (October/November) and hire a lot of seasonal help.
I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
