Interview
i had a phone interview first, which asked questions about my self and why was i interested in working at EXPRESS and then i was scheduled for an in person interview the next day. I came in to the store and was told to grab an item and then i was walked to the back where i met with others people who were there for the interview. The Store Manager and the Assistant Manager came in and introduced themselves and they asked general questions about what you think customer service is, describe a time when you had to deal with an angry customer. why do you wanna work for Express? and then we switched the clothing items we selected from the sales floor and we basically had to describe what the item was and how would you sale it to a customer.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
