The Director of Management reached out to me letting me know his interest in having me possibly join Express Legal Funding in order to assist with marketing. We met on multiple occasions in which he and other staff members better educated me about the consumer legal funding industry. It was and still is an important part of the company culture to at least gain a basic understanding of both the financial and legal concepts of consumer legal funding. I am happy that was included in the interview process, as it enabled me to have a better understanding of the industry prior to committing to my new position.
