Eye Doctor's Optical Outlets interview questions

Very disorganized interview process, didnt hear anything for 2 weeks between interviews then wanted me to come in short notice to do a personality test. Didnt ask about skills or goals, just did personality test and hired me on the spot after 3 weeks of phone calls and postponements.
