About 1 hour Online assessment first, then get to the first interview invitation. But I didn't make it to the second round... The online assessment contains a lot of questions related to the job I applied.

3 Stage process, in the last round they said my technical project I had to hand in was "hacky" although I used pure integer linear programming to solve the project - with optimality conditions. I think they don't really know their topics lol. Then they proposed a salary of 1500CHF with almost a master's degree - in Switzerland. Slavery? Almost.
