After the screening call with the recruiter, I was sent the technical test. It took 90 minutes to finish it. Unfortunately, I did not pass the test. This is entirely on me, but the disappointing part was that I did not receive any feedback at all, just radio silence. This is quite unusual as with other companies I was either progressed to the next round (which means I got to learn about the company and what they do and they invested time in me) or received feedback when I already took the time and effort to complete the technical part. I understand they are busy (we all are) but since I spent 1.5 hr on the test, it seemed fitting they would spend 3-5 minutes to give pick up the phone and give me a basic feedback. No respect for the candidate's time.
