Telephone interview - really simple questions going through tour work history ect, was clear from 10 minutes in I was too senior for the role. The reason I am writing this review is simply because I never got any feed back. This is appalling I wouldn’t want to work for a company that can waste peoples time like that. No common curtesy to give any feedback. When I chased I was told I will be called the following week it’s now nearly a month later nothing. Salary is very low which I expected from a scale up company - sending feedback even if automated should be a necessity .

First I received a 45 min call from a TA specialist do get to know my career path overall. Then, i move forward a second interview with the Manager where I was asked about my processional experience, and some case scenarios. Although they told me they would give me feedback in the next week, they never did. Even though, I tried to contact them several times. Never got a reply from them. So unprofessional.

Divided in three stages in order to evaluate if the candidate has skills related to their three main values. The feedback wasn't anything near fast but it was given 2 weeks after the last phase of the process.
